Welcome to 43° North Bakery. We're a small, home-based micro bakery in Star, Idaho specializing in naturally leavened sourdough and handcrafted baked goods made in small batches. Every loaf, cookie, scone, and pastry is made from scratch using quality ingredients and the kind of care that only comes from baking one batch at a time. Our menu features classic artisan sourdough, seasonal specialties, gourmet cookies, oversized sourdough scones, and other rotating bakery favorites. Because everything is baked fresh, our offerings change regularly with new flavors and limited drops throughout the month.
