Whether you're planning a backyard celebration, an elegant venue wedding, or a destination celebration, I'm honored to travel wherever your story takes you. I offer personalized wedding coordination, planning, and design services with packages ranging from day-of coordination to comprehensive planning and design. Every wedding is unique, which is why I also offer customizable packages and à la carte services, allowing you to create an experience tailored specifically to your vision and needs. What sets Evans Ever After apart is my approach to planning. I don't believe in taking over your wedding—I believe in partnering with you. Your wedding should reflect your personalities, your priorities, and your story, and my role is to provide the guidance, organization, and expertise to bring that vision to life. Brooklyn is an amazing wedding coordinator! She is very organized and stayed on top of everything for my friend’s wedding! She was such a great go-to person for any questions we had with the set up and take down of the wedding! And she was also so helpful for making the ceremony run smoothly by telling us bridesmaids/groomsmen exactly when to walk down the aisle! I wish I had known about her for my own wedding because she was fantastic!

Brooklyn is so professional! We catered a 200 person wedding in the park, full sun and barely any shade! How she pulled it off seamlessly is still hard to explain. She is very organized, personable and her communication is a 10+++++. I would recommend her to every bride or corporate event we have!

I am not exaggerating when I say my wedding would not have happened if it hadn’t been for Brooklyn. I was running late to my wedding reception, and Brooklyn made sure my vision came to life, all without me being on site. All the flowers, centerpieces, wall hangings, and truly every piece of decor at my reception was placed perfectly and looked amazing. I couldn’t have done it better myself, and trusting Brooklyn with helping with my wedding was the best choice I could’ve made that day! (besides marrying my husband ;-))

Brooklyn was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. I honestly don't know how my wedding would have happened without her. She flew in as a miracle less than 2 weeks before my wedding (after my other wedding planner ghosted) and it was the best thing possible. I had a mostly DIY park wedding with 190 people and she somehow learned all the ideas and thoughts in my head and made them come true. She excels at all parts of her job - the planning, professionalism, organization, decorating, keeping things (and people!) moving, being an amazing sounding board - I don't think there is anything I wouldn't trust Brooklyn to do! And did I mention, she leads a mean Wobble on the dance floor! 15/10 recommend Brooklyn and hope you get her as your wedding planner!
