Leonardo's La Pizza My name is Leonardo, and pizza is more than food to me. It's a passion, a craft, and a way of bringing people together. My journey started with a simple goal: learn how great pizza is truly made. That pursuit took me from the streets of New York to the pizzerias of Italy, where I studied traditional techniques, dough preparation, and the art of creating pizza with simple, high quality ingredients. When I returned home, I brought that inspiration with me and built Leonardo's La Pizza. Today, we serve handcrafted, flame roasted pizzas from our food truck using two Gozney ovens that cook each pizza at high temperatures, creating the perfect balance of crispy crust, smoky flavor, and fresh toppings. What makes our pizza different is the love and care that goes into every pie. We don't just make pizza. We make pizza con amor. Every dough ball, every sauce recipe, and every topping combination is prepared with the same passion that inspired me on my travels.
