Kanak Attack was born from a passion for catering and a desire to introduce authentic Polynesian cuisine to Idaho at a time when it was largely unknown in the area. In 2000, our owner, Mike, graduated from the Boise State Culinary Program and began catering events throughout the Boise area. Over the years, Kanak Attack has grown into a household name, known for exceptional service, outstanding food, and unforgettable experiences. In 2009, we expanded our offerings by launching our first food truck, bringing our signature flavors to both private and public events.
