Bistro Babe LLC

Born and raised in a small town, Merced, California, I learned to cook under my grandfather and father's wing inside the kitchen of our family's non profit organization, Club Mercedes. Upon completion of my Bachelor's in Business Management, at Cal State Fullerton and Culinary Arts Certificate at Fresno City College, stars aligned to bring our small family to Boise, Idaho. After 5 years of Assistant Managing at a corporate bank, the restaurant industry kept calling my name and upon my 30th birthday I spent the next year creating Bistro Babe. We have been humbled and blessed tp have opened during the pandemic, thrived, and remain in business 8 years later with a mission to bring fresh and seasonal flavors to you from your favorite local suppliers - such as Gaston's Bakery, Made by Dorothy, City Peanut Shoppe, and more. We have been a proud member of Idaho Preferred since 2019, and look forward to increasing growth, integration, and community involvement.
