We use a caputo 00 flour and a blend of shepards grain regenerative farm high gluten flour to make high quality sourdough crust. We use carmelina san marzano tomatoes to make all our red sauce. We use fresh local ingredients whenever possible, each pie is around 12" size. We promise to provide some of the most incredible pizza experience you have ever had.
